Please read our Participant Information Packet which has general information about the the Sakura Matsuri, guidelines, timelines, and the fees/costs to participate. If you have any questions about any of that information or this application, please contact us at sakuramatsuri@jaswdc.org.You will be notified if you have been accepted according to the timeline in the Packet and will then receive an electronic contract for signature requesting full information to participate and an invoice for payment. We will also let you know if we do not accept you as a participant.
