BEFORE YOU APPLY

Please read our Participant Information Packet which has general information about the the Sakura Matsuri, guidelines, timelines, and the fees/costs to participate. If you have any questions about any of that information or this application, please contact us at sakuramatsuri@jaswdc.org.

You will be notified if you have been accepted according to the timeline in the Packet and will then receive an electronic contract for signature requesting full information to participate and an invoice for payment. We will also let you know if we do not accept you as a participant.

Do you want to rent electricity for your booth? *
The fee to rent electricity at your booth is $450 for a 20 amp/2400 watt service that will be placed in the back of your booth.
Insurance Acknowledgment *
Click this box to confirm you understand that all participants must have insurance. If you are accepted as a participant, either a COI can be provided with the contract or you can pay JASWDC for a rider on its insurance at the cost of $100.
