Please review the 2026 Participant Information Packet which includes general details about the Sakura Matsuri, participation guidelines, timelines, and associated fees. You will be notified of your application status according to the timeline outlined in the packet. If accepted, you will receive an electronic contract for signature, along with a request for additional participation details and an invoice for payment.

''Meet the Artist'' tent schedules will be set at JASWDC’s discretion. Performers are responsible for paying DC Sales Tax on any goods sold. JASWDC staff and volunteers will not assist with setup, breakdown, sales, or distribution of materials and are not responsible for lost items or money.
