Please read our Participant Information Packet which has general information about the the Sakura Matsuri, guidelines, timelines, and the fees/costs to participate. If you have any questions about any of that information or this application, please contact us at sakuramatsuri@jaswdc.org.

You will be notified if you have been accepted according to the timeline in the Packet and will then receive an electronic contract for signature requesting full information to participate and an invoice for payment. We will also let you know if we do not accept you as a participant.

The fee for electricity at your booth is $450 for a 20 amp/2400 watt service that will be placed in the back of your booth.
Insurance Acknowledgment
JASWDC requires all Commercial Vendors to carry insurance as described in the Participant Information Packet.
