You will be notified of your application status according to the timeline outlined in the packet. If accepted, you will receive an electronic contract for signature, along with a request for additional participation details and an invoice for payment.

Will you need electricity for your booth?
The cost for electricity is $475 for a 20 amp/2400-watt service. 
Insurance Acknowledgment
JASWDC requires all Exhibitors and Vendors to carry insurance as described in the Participant Information Packet. If accepted, you will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with your contract. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase a rider on JASWDC's insurance for $130.00.
