BEFORE YOU APPLY

Please read our Participant Information Packet which has general information about the the Sakura Matsuri, guidelines, timelines, and the requirements to perform. If you have any questions about any of that information or this application, please contact us at sakuramatsuri@jaswdc.org.

You will be notified if you have been accepted according to the timeline in the Packet and will then receive an electronic contract for signature requesting full information to participate. We will also let you know if we do not accept you as a performer.

Please let us know if you will have any performers under the age of 12 in your group.  The Matsuri allows for 1 chaperone ticket per 5 age 12-and-under performers.
