What Type of Food Would you Like to Sell? *
If other, please specify:
Size of Site Requested *
This question lets us know the size of your tent/space and matches to the pricing.  If you DO NOT want to use our tent and instead want you to bring your own, please choose the size of tent you will bring, and then answer YES to the next question of whether you are bringing your own tent.
If other, please specify:
If you would like more than one of a particular size booth, let us know here (for example: if you want 2 10x10' booths, please say so here and let us know if you want them next to each other).
Do you want to bring your own tent? *
Food vendors can bring their own tent if they like, however there is no fee discount for this.
Why would you like to sell at this festival? *
Please list the menu items you would like to sell. *
This list may be lightly edited to be your menu listing in the Matsuri's mobile app and if you are accepted, this information will be given to the DC Health Department as part of our permitting process.

NOTE:
If you are a new applicant, please e-mail photos of prior booths to sakuramatsuri@jaswdc.org
Will you accept credit cards? *
We want to mark in the Matsuri's mobile app the vendors that do not accept credit cards so our attendees can be prepared to pay with cash at those booths. We are doing this in response to attendee feedback at having to wait in line for food and then not realizing the booth did not accept credit cards.
Do you want to rent electricity for your booth?
The fee to rent electricity at your booth is $450 for a 20 amp/2400 watt service that will be placed in the back of your booth.
Will you use propane?
If you are going to use propane, there is an additional cost of $110 for a propane permit for the event.  The Sakura Matsuri will apply for this permit on your behalf as required by the Washington DC Fire Marshal and it will be given to the food vendor Saturday morning after the vendor has passed Fire Marshal inspection.
Will you use open flame (i.e., charcoal?)
If you are going to use open flame, there is an additional cost of $160 for an open-flame permit for the event.  The Sakura Matsuri will apply for this permit on your behalf as required by the Washington DC Fire Marshal and it will be given to the food vendor Saturday morning after the vendor has passed Fire Marshal inspection.
