Products must be Japanese or Japanese-style. There is no requirement that the articles actually be “Made in Japan.” The Commercial Vendors will be divided into two areas at the Matsuri depending on the types of merchandise: o Ginza Marketplace – will focus on more traditional Japanese products and itemso Japan Now – featuring modern and more youthful Japanese productsJASWDC will make the determination in what area your tent will be placedPlease fill in all the fields below, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with any questions about your application. Following are the fees to be a commercial vendor at the Sakura Matsuri - Japanese Street Festival, taking place on April 15 & 16, 2023. All fees are for 2-days of participation. If you would like to inquire about only participating for 1 day, please email us.The fee to be an Commercial Vendor are as follows:Early Bird: $1,925 for applications received by December 31, 2022Regular: $2,075 for applications received January 1, 2023 and laterThese fees which includes a 10x10' tent with vinyl back wall, 2 - 8 ft. tables, and 2 chairs. This fee includes a $200 refundable deposit as described in the Sakura Matsuri's Guidelines. Please read and become familiar with the Sakura Matsuri's Guidelines.
